That won't work. In order to report this, we need "Support ID", which is supposed to be in the in-game Settings. Except this menu cannot be accessed because of that loading screen, which means there is no way to report this issue.
Please try clearing the cache of PlayStation 4:
1. Turn off your PlayStation 4. Do not enter Rest Mode.
2. Once the indicator light on top of your PlayStation 4 is off and has stopped blinking, unplug the power cord from the back of your console.
3. Wait at least 30 seconds.
4. Plug the power cord back into your PlayStation 4 and turn it on.
Doesn't work for me, I am sadness. Might try a few times in the next couple of days, see it something changes, otherwise I guess I can only cross my fingers for the January update.I reported the issue and someone from CDPR was kind enough to get back to me. They suggested this method which worked for me when I tried it yesterday. I thought it was worth sharing.
