Stuck on Nameless quest. Bug/broken quest?

Stuck on Nameless quest. Bug/broken quest?

I posted this thread under the tech support forum, but just in case someone here can help me:

Platform: PC
Problem: Blocks progress

Under the quest Nameless, on the "Follow Craven's footsteps using your Witcher Senses", I'm stuck.
I have explored every clue, but I think the problem is that I found the herbarium and previously investigated it, killing all the wolves before starting it with Yennifer in the official quest. Did I break something in the game?

These are the location of where I'm talking about. I can't get the quest to continue onto the next part; Explore the further parts of the herbarium. When I press on the door, nothing happens. It just says a message on screen that says the door is locked. The very end of the YouTube clip shows what I mean.

you probably had an issue with opening gates in middle of garden or missed them altogether - you will come across two levers next to one another in the garden, you need to use them to open the middle gate and go through it. From there you'll need to find a well and jump into it.

This quest just stuck when u do it befor missing person quest.
