Stuff like Reflexes and/or athletics stat should really affect character mobility more

I am kind of surprised that these pen and paper rpg "stats" are still treated in such a static way in these fps games in 2020. Like yeah at low 5 reflexes or 1 athletics maybe your character should really move and reposition and crouch slower than on a character who has built up their reflexes and athletics and should then be able to more fluidly move around. Right now these "level ups" in attributes and stats just unlock perks to take and some % modifiers instead of giving some inherent unlocks like yeah at athletics x or reflexes z I can dodge/slide while crouching and do it faster etc. I'd think that such things would improve the feel of "progression" on a character when investing into an attribute stat.

Edit it just a quibble and where I see room for improvement. I do find it reasonable that you can unlock certain powerful cyberware when you hit higher stats and that's cool.
