Stutter in towns / near Npc
everything is fine until i go to Towns, or even one NPC near it starts stuttering and its very annoying i have tried most of the things and doesent help much.
RIG: Gtx 980, i5 3570k 4.2ghz, 16gb ram
So only low settings bit helps this but is this common issue to anyone else? any fix or i rly cant play with that stutter?
