Stutter with high fps

Hi,

I need some help.
Yesterday after 4 hours of playing witcher 2 the game suddenly started stuttering/micro lag mid game but it stays stable above 60fps. Tried starting a new game or loading old saves from before the game started stuttering but its the same problem there. It occurs every second and makes the game unplayable. Its not only ingame but also in the menu before loading a game where I have 700fps I can see it stuttering. It's only this game that I have the problem on. Tried games like GTAV and Saints row IV and they run perfect.
Spec:
GPU: GeForce 670
CPU: 3700k
Harddrive: SSD
OS: Windows 10

What I have tried.
1.Disabling Ubersampling and v-sync
2.Installed the Stutterfix in the bin/folder
3.Tried limiting the prerender between 0-3 and does nothing.
4.Have reinstalled the game and graphics drivers. I'm running the latest version
5.Run as admin and compatibility as Win 8,7 and Vista.
6.Restarting the computer.
7.Removed many old saves.
8.Changed the mouse input settings in the User.ini file to:
SensitivityX=0
SensitivityY=0
Smoothness=0
9.Added the following lines in the user.ini file
[config]
FPSlimit=60
RenderAheadLimit=0

I'm having the same issue. This game use to run fine when I did my first play through on high/ultra settings. Now, it stutters no matter what settings I put it down to.
