Stuttering with HD6850
I should be able to run this game on high with no problems, but I constantly have stuttering. It doesn't matter if I'm set to low/med/high/ultra, if vsync is on or off, and I've tried all the solutions I can find including the custom d3d9.dll. But nothing has worked.
Any ideas how I can fix this? I feel like I wasted my money.
