Subtitles for elvish only?

Sooo this weird, I dont want subtitles in most of the game, yet there are a lot of scenes with people speaking other languages, not english. Cant we have like a foreign only option or smth? I cant be the only one feeling like this right... Thanks, gr8 game.

I thought you were able to switch off subtitles and still have the translations appear over the NPC head. Such as the Nilfgaardians etc. If we're talking strictly cut scenes I'm not sure how that works. I always play with subs.

Ye strictly cutscenes, how it works now is either all on or all off... No middle ground. I dont really care about NPC subtitles, never liked it anyway
