Sudden Graphics Problem

I've never had a problem playing this game, but today i loaded it up, and got quite bad graphics, like all the textures are missing. I'll try to add a screenshot.
I'm running Win 7, and have never had a problem with this game.

The game loads up fine, the opening screens and menus are all fine. This only happens once i load up a savegame.

I have recently had trouble with nvidia, and their control panel and experience thingo now being open everytime on PC boot, i have to now manually end tasks every time the PC boots up. I've never had this issue before either.
I've installed the latest drivers for my gpu (clean, custom install). I tried to run the troubleshooter for W2, but it was no help.
I really don't want to re-install and lose all my savegames.
Anyway have any idea what's going on?

First I think would be a game cache integrity check if you`re using Steam . If not using Steam then try reinstalling the game . No need to worry about losing your saves just back them up first to a different folder .
Used to be that when installing video card drivers you needed to temporarily disable antivirus software so you might try that .
Reinstalling June 2010 DirectX might also help .

You can find the savegames in the documents folder, there in Witcher 2, just back it up in a different folder and when you reinstall it, you can move it back there.

@Tommy No, not Steam, bheh! Lol. It's the digital GOG version :) But if this is only happening in savegames, then when i put them back, won't the problem also still be there?
Though I think you may be right with the cache integrity as the Logitech software for my mouse isn't working in game either. The customised buttons simply aren't there. In fact, the game refuses to even recognise that my mouse has more than 2 buttons!
Ok, i'll try re-installing...

Edit - ok, all done! When I launched the game first, it was the same, then the screen flickered for a second, and everything came back to normal. So no idea what that was all about.
The Logitech software was my fault. I have an older version and have had to put in the configurator as the .exe as well as the actual game .exe. Now it works. Yay!
