Hey CDPR I have suggestion.
Can you make the entire game linear and just delete the entire open world? Instead of having a massive empty open world, we can just transition seemingly to the next mission with a loading screen, kinda like Call of Duty
And since the rpg elements are useless and non existing, I mean this being a looter shooter and all, we can also delete all the perks.
This way we insure much better stability and frame rate for both console and pc.
