Suggestion: Make Johnny as a car passenger OPTIONAL

Some people like this new addition of Johnny appearing as a passenger in your car, but some people like me absolutely hate it. At least enough to make a forum account to post about it. It's repetitive and the lines he says feel so out of place. Like why does he keep saying he misses me D: ? It's borderline creepy and doesn't seem like something Johnny would say normally.

Another thing is for first person view drivers, he blocks my right side view. Yes you can banish him temporarily by pulling out your gun, but you can't do that on vehicles that come with weapons. Plus Johnny sometimes appears again after 5 seconds after you banish him >_<

Please CDPR, just remove this or add an option to disable it. If it's gotta be done through gameplay rather than menus, there are so many ways to do this, like maybe have an option in V's apartment to take some omega blocker pills that reduces instances of Johnny's non-critical appearances in your surroundings. I don't know, but there's gotta be a simple way to satisfy both people that want him in the car, and those that don't want him there. Let us have the option to drive in solitude!

I don't mind him showing up, but it seems to happen way too frequently, making it less special.
I don't normally drive 1st person (because I keep crashing ) but I could see that being an issue too. Might be a simple thing to just toggle on and off in the settings menu for Orion.

If it's gotta be done through gameplay rather than menus, there are so many ways to do this, like maybe have an option in V's apartment to take some omega blocker pills that reduces instances of Johnny's non-critical appearances in your surroundings.

This is actually not a bad idea. Taking Omega Blockers before you drive. But that would mean you'd have to get more from Misty on a regular basis. And who knows how potent that stuff is, as such you could get totally skezzed, and or become addicted to it, affectively degrading cyberware performance, for instance. A little far fetched only to keep the gonk out.

I think the issue is that Johnny has way to few lines. Lost count how many times he said, "SLOW DOWN, TURBO!" Yeah, that gets repetitive real quick. He should have lines for every different vehicle. Like saying what he thinks about it, could say something if you hit other cars, crash a lot, or wreck your vehicle, or make a super jump or some other stunt. Too bad he apparently is too much of a coward to hop on the back of your motorcycle.

true it is odd that he just sits on my couch in my 1st apartment with that same dialogue, which never changes or goes away.
