I totally agree with a lot of the guys. And I want to write what was missing for me from this list.
First, I expected Night City to be bigger, with more different houses, skyscrapers, and consequently more neon lighting. But it's just a wish.
Secondly, tuning of transport + public transport (metro, trains, etc.).
Third, the view from the 3rd person in cut scenes to fully see your character at least sometimes.
Fourth, earlier it was said that in Cyberpunk 2077 there will be much more interesting and frank bed scenes, better than in the Witcher 3, but in fact they were much more modest than in the Witcher, which I consider a minus. There were even more brothels in the witcher. And I don't think romance itself is enough. After all, the game was supposed to be for a more adult audience, and turned out to be partially similar to GTA.
Fifth, there is a lack of further development of relations with the characters who had an affair with the main character.
Sixth, the apartment. I thought the apartment would be a more central part of the game. That you can put furniture, improve your home in every possible way, or even buy a new one, for example, in the city center in some skyscraper.
I do not expect that all my wishes will be taken into account, but I still hope that something will still be taken into account as a DLC. Thank you for a good game!!!

Note: I did not read all the existing suggestions so some/all of these might have been already suggested.

- Police AI sucks, that should definitively be looked at;

- I would love to see an expansion of the random crime fighting mini-quests with the ability to work and have access to NCPD cars and gear and go on patrol and respond to radio calls of active crimes;
side note - is there a way to actually turn on lights and sirens on police cars, as I still did not manage to figure it out if its possible; if not possible definitely should be fixed;

- more tutorial info at the start explaining how the leveling of stats works and what is the max number of points you will get, whether this can be changed down the line, etc; a lot of info I just had to search online for, which points to a lack of in-game tutorial explanation of the various systems;

- ability to reset all stats and attributes as you progress in-game if you later discover that your build is not optimal because you just did not know enough about the various in-game systems; this links to the above of informing the player of how these systems work and what is the max points you can get; starting from zero with a new build is not a good option;

- at the start of the game I would have liked to see more character evolution when you first arrive in Night City and not a cut scene of half-year later and be dropped into an existing situation/relationships, etc. There needs to be a whole first part of the game where you develop your character with a lot more story content before the actual events of the main story start.

- ability to transfer stats between clothes items (or some other mechanism), as it is now you are kind of forced into wearing whatever has the best stats rather then wearing what you want your character to look like;

- better immersion when you walk down the street; the pedestrian AI, random conversations; ability to interact with more random characters, more shops, salons, clubs, brothels, etc. that are more then just simple window dressing that you can't really interact with much when you walk down a random street;
the city feel incredibly alive but dead at the same time, if this makes sense;

- have an actual garage where you can park all your purchased cars; ability to customize your cars, etc. the whole car aspect of the game could use a lot more polish and features;

more to come as I play the game further;

I'd like to have a radio on the main menu. The music is really good and I'd love to browse through it and access it.

Definitely need to be able to customise your apartment more. Hair, make-up, nails, clothes... All should be customisable.

And since their stance on nudity is that there isn't any, full nudity damn it.

Drugs as per Fallout would be interesting. More vendor, bar and club interactions.

Just in case devs actually read, release full modding kit as soon as possible, you wont regret it, have stream workshop also so on.

Other things
Slow walk key
1 button dodge (arrow + dodge button)
Crafting with button not mouse, reduce time it takes to hold
Slow drive mode or key ( i want to enjoy night city not run over pedestrians)

This is pathetic, It means u didn't finish the bigger breast's clothes ,even didn't do a dame thing about it, the meshes is wrong or I should say It's never exist in this game.

Did u fell any shame on this??that is something Those mod maker doing much better than u

When I release some mod about dresses ,clothes ,in game like skyrim V fallout 3,4 ,I knew I must Craft the dress in 3dsmax with the same body meshes ,If I don't ,It will happened What I said before, Ur body will changed when u put the cloth on.

i have few things that bother me quit a bit.

first one is the ammo, when you create ammo, you have no idea how much you make, have already, and the game doesnt tell you when you are "full" so it let you make an infinite number without stopping you, so dont know if you are full...also the amount of ammo is way to low.

500 for pistol and 100 for snipers ? why then do we have number than can go to the thousands if we can't carry more ?

also its the futur and we could imagine having different type of ammo, explosive or what not.

and another thing concern weapons that allow you to shoot trough wall, we need a bit of a visual when the game know that we will hit the thing we are looking at

All of those points are so valid and also the same gripes I have.

My points:

-PLEASE insert an option in the settings that allows you to toggle Photo Mode on and off. Too many times I'm in the heat of a gunfight and then snapping a picture. It's annoying. I read in one place that there IS a toggle for that in the main menu (at the "press options" to continue the game screen), but it's not there for me or my husband, and we're both playing on PC.

-It would be nice if the joypad/controller calibration was more tuned. After more than two hours total of messing with settings, gunplay/combat still feels jerky and clunky, not as fine-tuned as it should be. As a connoisseur of FPS games, this is definitely my biggest issue. I'm not a keyboard and mouse person anymore, haven't been for years, but I did try a gunfight with K&M to compare, and it was damn smooth. Getting PC gamepads to respond more accurately would be awesome.

-Minigames. Something akin to Gwent or dominoes and poker in Red Dead 2, in the sense that it's popular in Night City and you'd be able to play with various characters. Just something that's fun to pass time when I'm not on a mission and just want to chill.

Trauma Team International.

A bit of flavor like the Trauma Team shouldn't be missed.
Especially after the intervention scene EVERYONE has seen already.

Loading an autosave is obviously an option, but this is just to add some depth and flavor to the roleplaying aspect.
Maybe fun for an ironman mode with only 1 life, 1 manual- and 1 autosave slot. (after fixing the majority of game-breaking bugs, obviously)

The revival works by loading your last autosave when out of combat, then teleporting you to a TTI hospital entrance.
During story missions TTI would obviously be not available at all.
This works seperately from the secondar heart implant. (or should change its function?)

How it could play out in game:
  1. Go to a nearby hospital, clinic or medical ward.
  2. Log on to the Medical Console outside the door. (They don't have to make a whole interior for one gameplay function)
  3. Sign up with Trauma Team and you will be presented with several different plans.
    Some plans has also a premium option denoted with a +, this is a one-time payment upon respawning.
    • Bronze: 50€$ per day
      • When losing all health, you will respawn outside a clinic.
      • 48 hour Health and Stamina debuff. ( Bronze+: Pay 5000€$ to heal immediately)
      • 120 Hour cooldown before a new intervention is possible.
    • Silver: 100€$ per day
      • When losing all health, you will respawn outside a clinic.
      • 24 hour Health and Stamina debuff. ( Silver+: Pay 2500€$ to heal immediately)
      • 96 Hour cooldown before a new intervention is possible.
    • Gold: 250€$ per day
      • when losing all health, you will respawn outside the area you died.
        (This technically reloads the last out-of-combat autosave)
      • No Health and Stamina debuff.
      • 48 Hour cooldown before a new intervention is possible.
    • Platinum: 400€$ per day
      • when losing all health, you will respawn outside the area you died.
        (This technically reloads the last out-of-combat autosave)
      • A 24 hours Health and Stamina boost.
      • 12 hour cooldown before a new intervention is possible.
If you kick the bucket during the cooldown time, TTI can still save your bacon for a generous 10000€$ or something like that.

I would love to have the Trauma Team actually land at your location (only for Platinum members, resuscitation on the spot too!), but this would be nigh impossible to code easily. Unless each combat area in the open world get a dedicated "TTI landing spot", it would not be feasible to add this level of interaction at all.
So respawning at a hospital (or reloading the last autosave out of combat) seems like the easiest.

Currently there is NO renewing content that I know of: once you clear and loot an area, it's done.
This obviously means that a system with daily fees isn't viable in the long run.
As such, a system like the one above falls flat. (Daily quests from fixers could solve this.)
It could still be implemented by having a fixed price for a revival (rates based on the level of contract).

Alright, enough fantasizing.
Back to reality and loading (auto)save games.

It's a minor thing, but...

Don't apply fog inside people's appartment ;)😁
I'm in an appartment on the 25th floor in the "I Fought the Law" mission. It's cloudy/rainy outside, and the whole appartment looks completely foggy. It's just weird.

Okay, let's see.. my wishlist:

- More romance options, and a few more 'quests' related to them, as well as more conversations. One additional romance option for each of the existing four sexualities, as well as one male and one female bisexual character, so we actually have some choice! Also, please let the list include Takemura and Viktor as romance options for female V!

- An auto-repair shop where we have to take our car or bike if it gets too banged up, or where we can change its paint job. I'm not a fan of our transport being automatically fixed whenever we call it. This would add to the immersion.

- The ability to change V's hairstyle and color, tattoos, and piercings in-game.

- Some more mini games. Maybe some sort of electronic card game, or gambling or something.

- Make the arcade machines playable with some retro games.

- More reasons to return to V's apartment. Maybe tied to romance or some quests related to it.

- Braindance movies that we can buy and actually watch on our braindance headset, covering several genres, including adult ones.

- Make those dildo's from the sex store usable at V's apartment. Otherwise, what's the point of having that store at all?

- Add some more options for Joytoys at Clouds. Also add a few more prostitutes on Jig-Jig street and in poorer areas like Heywood.

- Food vendors where V can sit and watch the food being cooked, and V's eating animation.

- Animations showing V being worked on when we go to a ripperdoc.

- An additional ending that's not so hopeless, and where we can take along our loved one, whomever they are.

Thank you for adding the in-game character customization item. That is big time needed too.

This is 2077, we should be able to have "plastic surgery" or some nanites or a technology to change skin, eye and hair color. Or change how the face and rest of the body looks, minus body type and voice. Those two items are too intertwined with the scripts of the game.

We can have ripperdocks be able to do cosmetic changes on the body and maybe a barber for the hair and makeup.
Its litterly in the lore that people change their looks. The only person in the whole world that can't is V.

Transmogrification, or something like it

They have all this cool looking gear that I would spend hours mixing and matching, but almost always the best stuff is ugly (or broken, see Lined Rocker Foldtop below, where on females the leggings float just behind your actual legs, but of course its the best outerwear I've had for several levels now) and the worst stuff is of course what I actually wanna wear and look like. Let me do something like pick the look of my gear to anything I've previously acquired for a nominal fee of some kind (or free!), as well as allowing us to show or hide our armor. Or at the very least, let me take the stats of one item and Ctrl-X + Ctrl-V them onto another look. For awhile it felt like all games had this and now the last 2 major AAA releases seem to have taken a step backwards in this department, this game & AC: Valhalla. People want to be in full control of how they look, even in a first person gam and *especially* a role playing game, where supposedly what you wear and how you look says everything about who you are and your status. If I know I look badass, everything I do feels more badass. It's a mental thing, I dunno. Just lemme play dressup please.
Lined Rocker Foldtop Leg Bug.png

Barbershop/Plastic Surgeon

While we're at it, in a world of cybernetics and body modification, there's really no way AT ALL for me to even change my nail color? Or hair style? I should be able to fully change everything but please just let us do some basic reasonable things that we can even do in real life, like dying our hair or trimming our beards or adding/removing a tattoo or even getting fricken breast implants/reductions if so desired. I vote since its a singleplayer game we be allowed to fully re-customize everything about our characters, but I'd settle for just the logical reasonable things that even people today aren't permanently stuck with. I painted my nails 6 months ago according to the story, and then thats it? Forever? Permanent cracked dark grey polish of the early 2000's because the lighting in character creation made them look like sleek glossy black? :(

-Add more side missions.. a lot more and maybe like Assassin's Creed - daily missions you can pick up by calling fixers.
-Add more stuff to create a character - such as : way more tats and for all areas of the body and face. More hair colors - More facial scars and body scars -Add gloves and different underwears - many choices.
-Add stuff to do in your apartment and stuff to buy and place in your place - such as a bar - art - a usable closet and show your stored weapons on the walls in your storage - 3 person view in shower and make it a cut scene.
- More customizations with weapon skins..clothes colors(dyes) .
- More buildings open and mini games and stuff do in them - play pool - cut scene eat and drink - darts - maybe arm wrestling - pick up bounty missions in bars.

I have more but I don't want to bore you.

I'd like to see more engaging ventures in the relationships. For example calling someone you started to date in the game and being able to take them out. (spoilers) Much like the date mission with rogue.

In a sense
1. Call them or visit
2. Ask them to go out.
3. You're presented with options
- movies
- club
- restaurant
4. And then you get that added as a quest to take them out.

Lastly (some spoilers) it would be nice to give gifts to the people you're dating such as for someone like Judy she likes brain dances and specific music and diving. Or Panam likes guns and alcohol, etc.

Giving a good amount of playability even after the main quests are done.
