It makes sense that not all models are nude. Example would be the crematorium where covering is normal. But "cyber chop shops" it has no respect. I dont care if you put a bloody hole like other games, dont put brand new underwear on a butchered corpse. The game has a censor option, let us decide what is to much for us to handle.
I am frustrated at this idea that a game rated 17+ where you have to be IDed to purchase had to be toned down do to a design choice. I was given 100% expectations of a game that was just changed with no word. In 2018 e3 it was showed to us gameplay that included both male and female in game nudity.

This censorship made Badowski a bold lier. So no matter how small the Dev team thinks this is. This censorship toggle should be left to the purchaser. Because it is a "small thing", so small in fact we thought it was a bug that was an easy fix. Your design choice was so bad we assumed it was a glitch. I still feel it is.
To end this rant/opinion on a positive note. This game is truly great, no code is perfect and we learn it in the game. I am with you for the long hall because everything can be fixed, including bugs, design choices, and even reputation.
