Support website not working

I'm having an issue starting "Queen of the Highway" (Panam's dialog options doesn't include an option to start the quest), and everywhere I see moderators pointing us to open a ticket on the support page...

Thing is, I cannot open a ticket. Whenever I click "submit", it displays a spinning symbol for a while and then disappears, and nothing happens afterwards...

Why tell us to use the support page if it isn't working???

Looks like it's currently offline due to a very high load (understandable, as there are a lot of them).

I would recommend trying again in a few hours, or alternatively, wait for the next patch, try to submit it again if it persists after that.

The Support site still works, however, you may need to reload the pages a few times. Unfortunately, due to the heavy load of traffic, the server is struggling a bit. Please, check back, and try again.
