Hi guys. After finishing Bloodborne I decided to start my 3 playthrough with Witcher 3 .Last time I beat game on death march so everything below that would be pointless now so I chose death march again.
Now in White Orchard in side quest "On deaths bed" you must give swallow potion to that girl. Now I remember that last time on death march I already had swallow potion and I read that this should be case on death march and broken bones . But this time I didn't have it , I only had manuscript.
Was something changed with new patch or I had some minor glitch ?
