Switch 2 to PS5 cloud save doesn't work

I can't transfer my progress from Switch 2 to PlayStation 5.
I'm doing everything as shown on the official CD Project website.
I have the same versions of the game for both platforms, updated to the latest patch.
I have a physical edition on Switch 2 and a copy with DLC on PlayStation 5.
I linked both games to my CD Project account in the main menu, and the game connected successfully.
BUT when I create a save, a cloud icon appears, but PlayStation doesn't see any saves from Switch 2, just like Switch 2 doesn't see saves from PlayStation 5.
I don't know what to do anymore. I'm desperate.

If you didn't, I highly suggest to directly contact the support for help ("contact us" button). There is no dedicated category, but this one should be fine :

Thank you very much for your help, but I found a solution. It turns out my saves couldn't be uploaded to cloud storage because some servers were blocked in my country. Luckily, I figured out how to use proxy servers, and after that, the cloud save problem disappeared.

Possible solutions are mentioned in this thread. As long as we don’t know what you have already tried, it’s difficult to tell you anything that hasn’t been mentioned here already,
