TAA way more pixelated with "sharp" filter in 1.04 Hotfix. (PC)

Title says everything.
I re-downloaded the version 1.03 for test purposes. Going to attach more screenshots as I play.

Game on Ultra preset settings. Same hour and save for both versions.

Yeah, it's super bad, kinda ruining my experience :/ Is there any way to make a 1.04 save file work on the 1.03 version?
