In exchange for killing the Toad, you are given 450 crowns, and whatever you want from the manner that Olgierd is residing in. When you get back, even though it's burning, he still says that you can take whatever you want from it.
Is there a way in there? Is there anything that you can take? I wasn't able to find a way in during either of my play-throughs.

It's more an ironic sentence by Olgierd... Typical for him and his character...
