Tapeworm mission

The tapeworm mission is no longer in my journal under main quests so i can complete the game

I can no longer progress through the main missions because of tapeworm

I am experiencing the same issue. I have exhausted all other main lines. I was able to trigger the dialog outside of the elevator but then poof.

Wishlist: please fix so I may finish the story line.

Bump. Missing out on Nocturne and Chippin' in quests because of this. Literally game-breaking.

To add, I've went back to a save for M'ap Tann Pelen and made sure I did Tapeworm first as I noticed the first Tapeworm dialog should talk about Alt (didn't in mine) who is not engaged till M'ap Tann Pelen. After doing those in order, I was able to break through to Nocturne etc. It also unlocked an entirely new scene for Gimme Danger that didn't happen on my first playthrough

well yall lucky cuz i never saw my tapeworm mission on my quest menu. Atleast you guys saw the tapeworm mission

is there a fix for this yet? I can't progress cause of the tapeworm bug
