I am way late on the tech support threads, Are there some that you cant resolve or have problems to resolve, Let me know here and i will give you some thinks/advices..

the guys/gals with nVidia 8500GT are having some problems that seem to be specific to their cards, yet i don't know why ( just search for 8500GT in Tech section )/LE: i think you saw that i used PCWizard to get the users system info, since i find SIW to be nasty with those licences listing, HTML editing them out by users that can barely spell their specs, the danger of posting here the HTML log and since i did not want yet another email address just for this

""did you wait for the EE patch file to download, was it 2.3Gb ( 23276376276bytes )?""can you check the MD5/SHA1 hash sum for the patch?" ( BTW Eriash, will we have a way to check the downloaded file of the EE ? )"did you get the newer ATi/nVidia drivers from here..." and so on and so forth... actually the problems are kinda covered by these tips

Great job Licaon, i will have a look at why the issues with the 8500... As for the license with SIW, it is only the cd-key that makes it thru the html but, i will have a look at the one you use and see if you get all the needed info Keep on the good work, btw, i should be on more regularly now !

it works ok most of the time, but some users can't check the "get drivers version" checkbox when generating the info file, and since it works on WindowsXP for me, i don't know why others can't use it, my first suspects are Vista and non-Admin user accounts, but a test last night with game widow ended up with her recovering her system looked someting unrelated to PCWizard but it was nasty anyway.

KK, i will investigate in my side I still have a hard disk with Vista on it, if not, i will make one
