Two of the stories are 12,000 characters.That's 50% more than the rules say.While I support the no disqualification system, I would prefer if we had a strict limit of 12,000, rather that an abstract 8,000 limit with disqualification.

Yes, I'm a bit disappointed by that as well. I worked very hard to shorten my story to the allowed limit and I certainly was happier with my work before doing so Since I'm unable to send PMs (and I've still no idea why), I'll post my question here and hopefully a moderator will read it and reply:I'd like to post my story somewhere and share it with you guys (and maybe others want to do that as well). Is this alright with you, should I do it in this thread here or would it be better if you open a new one for this?An answer would be appreciated

Exactly! What was the character limit good for? I don't think this was fair and I'm really disappointed. I would like to hear CD Projekt's explanation, but I'm not naive ;-( .

I also think, that charakter limit was little un fair, but story of the winer is magnificent. He deserved first place. Maby sameone will translate it, but it will be hard. If anyone can do it well, shod by hired by CDProject to translate dialogs
