Texture issue with 3.2 version

I'm not sure if it's a glitch or something on my end or even intended or just left out when they made the game but some texture are ridiculously low quality and I've the highest texture quality (I think it's 2048 normal resolution and 4048 atlas, no downscale and combined with Better Texture Environment with the latest patch 3.2).

I'm going to attach a few screenshots and let you people decide what I should do. Also, I will upload my graphics settings in case I should change anything. I run the tweaker mod so I can be more precise.

The skin on Geralt, the terrain on the battlefield, some parts on the clothes on Foltest and the bricks in that house I entered.

I think I may have done something wrong with the texture mod and/or usage of the tweaker but since I've tried different settings it seems to take effect but the textures..it's something up.

Here are the pics:

Computer specs: Q9450, GTX470 (WHQL 301.42), 4GB DDR2, Windows 7 64-bit, Intel SSD 120GB. Everything is running as it should and while a different drivers might work better all other games work as it should, the current video drivers are the most stable I've had since 274.xx that was released a month or so after I bought my GTX470. Nothing overclocked.

First thing i would do is remove all mods except the tweaker . Then retry the game where you took the screenshots . Is it better , worse or the same . If worse or the same then remove the tweaker and recheck .

I've already tried that but you really think the tweaker can affect the game? All it does is using existing features or? I will check.

EDIT: Ridiculous! I just tried it, it was the damn tweaker. I noticed before whatever setting I used with it the game would only utilize about 300MB video memory and that didn't sound right considering the graphical fidelity. I opened in the in-built configurator so it would reset to default settings then change to whatever was close to what I could get with the tweaker. Now the game utilize about 600-700MB, texture works as they should and the texture mod made a difference as well.

Thanks for the help! :)

So it wasn't the Tweaker, it was the Configurator and it's Low settings actually?
