The Balance Council needs changes

+
Despite the existence of the Balance Council, there are still dozens of forgotten and never-played cards. Many are left behind by newer, more powerful ones - a clear result of power creep. The Council does not buff enough cards per cycle, so the players are not encouraged to look for the forgotten ones.

Therefore, I propose to double the size of both "Provision Decrease" and "Power Increase" brackets, at least for a year until the weak cards are brought to the front line.

Additionally, some popular cards are being changed back and forth, effectively wasting votes that could go for the less popular cards. Hence, I propose to add a cooldown - if a card gets changed, it can not be tweaked again in the next voting.

It's extremely unlikely, even borderline impossible, anything will happen, since GWENT's development is over and CDPR are not planning to introduce anything new (content, changes, or fixes) to the game.

Good ideas to refresh Balance Council. I also track some cards and wonder why the same cards get tweaked back and forth...

Overall, I think Balance Council is still a good thing. It adds at least some variety in the game.

Just wait a year, my friends. After Witcher 4 release Gwent will have dev's attention again

Gwent is a retired game on life support. The devs ruined it so badly that even 10 years of Balance Council votes won't be enough to fix it.
