The Bastion

I finished the quest The Bastion but it reappeared later with the objective 'Use Keira's lamp to investigate the old bastion' unchecked. I tried to use the lamp again to complete the quest but there is nothing left available to trigger the objective.

Hi,
I have the same issue. I believe you probably used the lamp again and found a last vision AFTER you buried the body. This triggered a step in the middle of the quest line, even though you see it on top (I double checked with a friend who has all the steps in order).
It is a bug and I hope they fix it soon. As far as I know, the quest is anyway finished.
