When I first saw Adam Smasher I was hoping we could have done something like that to ourselves, but sadly that wasn't the case.
At best our character can look a little chipped even if we have cyberware in all the slots and we can't chrome ourselves even at the ripperdoc.
My hope is that we'll at least get more customized options in future DLC to truly make us look chromed up, and maybe let us become a borg lol.
