The choice of choosing sides between human and non human?

I want to know whether there is still a choice of choosing sides between human and non human?(like in witcher1&2)
For,I can see the choice is between the north and south.

You could choose human vs nonhuman in 2 games..what makes you think you won't stumble upon quests that you will get to choose that? Yes..the story has shifted towards a much larger scale: North vs Nilgaard and Geralt finding Ciri, Yennefer and Wild Hunt but it still doesn't change the fact that you will get to quests where you will get to choose which side to support as per previous games.

The scoia'tael doesn't have a big role in the story.. atleast that's what in the Gamestar review were said..
