The End of the Mainstory - An End to a new Beginning?

Hello Dear CD Projekt Red Team and the Witcher Community,

I never heard something about "The Witcher", but when i saw the trailer from Witcher 3 I got catched from it..
I don't like your game, I love it and I think I share this meaning with many others,
I didn't knew that such a game exist and I felt so inlove with it that I even bought the 2 other games that were made before, I even think about buying the books and I'm a person which does not read books usually.

But there is something that I and many, so I have read and heard, are not happy with.
(Personally I think that the following sentences may contains some spoilers, but I think this topic is important.)

If you come to the end of the Mainstory why does the maincharakters you always dealt with disappear?

I who got the ending with Triss, they settled down in Kovir, hoped for being able to visit her, but you cant anymore.!

You don't see them anymore, I searched for them, they are away like they never existed, it felt empty like a part of the mainstory which was builded up crumpled.

Everything in this game is very very well made and I like it, otherwise I would not register just to say that but
I hope and beg for it, that you atleast think about it, to put it in something like this in your future planning.

One new loving fan from which are many to come,

DenMo

Well, none of the post-game is after the story.

It's all stuff happening during the main quest.

I read trough the forum now and saw something like I said in the "Immersion Destroyer" Thread.
However, it's not like I want that it continues and continues and continues.. I know that is not possible, but that you atleast can give a "warm welcome" to the girl you have chosen and to "speak" with the others, just so you know they are save and sound.

Warning Huge Spoiler!
For example, At the Ending Yennefer opend the Shield for you, collapsed and you moved on.. in some Endings you actually do not speak with her again, if Ciri turns into a Witcher e.g.

The game needs a longer epilogue that gives closure to more characters instead of post game content. The game is over when it is over.
