The Forlorn Hope: Cyberpunk Off-Topic

There's a huge thread on this here:
http://forums.cdprojektred.com/threads/29811-Which-Viewpoint-Do-You-Prefer

You may want to move the conversation over there before @Sardukhar sees this, otherwise he'll probably use one of his more-inventive ways of, uuh, disciplining the forum.
He has some very good methods of doing so. I admire his tenacity, but it's getting rather expensive to keep supplying the feathers.
What, does he have more than enough tar already? I'd have thought that would be harder to acquire. :p

Well Canada is fairly chilly (for the most part) so I suppose coating yourself in hot tar is one way to stay warm.
Anyone got any feathers? We can make it a party!

All of the above. Also, I award Rio 3/ducks of a SARDpoint.

Spend it wisely!

P.S. it's not misspelled - it's a translation.

P.P.S. Die, Atreides Scum!

Heh... you learn something new every day (or night as it's just past 5am here)... or so they say atleast. :)

Edit: Also... I had to do some googling and youtubing... because I knew I had played one Dune game during the 90's. It was Dune II and it also happend to be Atreides that I played... the only thing I based that on, that I choice them, was because their colour was blue (which is one of my fav colours) and I liked their icon more then the others as well... plus they seemed like the "good guys" somehow in the game... I had no real knowledge of the lore of the Dune franchise though, even if I had seen some Dune movie or series (or what ever it was) in the 80's. I still don't know much about the lore of Dune to this day though... it never compleatly pulled me in for some reason. XD

Hello hello. Finally invading this forum from TW.

So, after finishing Deus Ex for the first time and falling in love with the genre, I'm looking for recommendations. Be them games, movies or books. Start from what you may consider as even the most basic. The only thing on my list right now is DE:HR.

Remember Me:

People like Sard will tell you that it's not as good as I think it is, but do you really want to trust his word? He likes Twilight and Watch_Dogs. Also, he's Canadian. That makes him responsible for Bieber and Celine Dion. Just think about it.

Transistor is 50% off on Steam right now, if it counts. Amazing game, either way.
