The game crash while in the launcher or while Im starting the game

Basically, I try to open the game, but the game won't start. It's like he silently crashes, without any mention of it or anything at all. I have this problem ever since I've got my new laptop and decided to move from GeForce Now and I've tried to seek help from tutorials on youtube and AI, but it was in vain.

However, if anyone know why my game won't start and why my laucher keeps crashing, I would appreciate the help.

Also, I am not that good with Laptops/PCs. Anyway, this laptop doesn't have a month since I've got it and I am certain that my game files aren't corrupted, since I've reinstalled and check via Steam they're integrity.

Last but not least, I've seen this problem appearing at every game who requiers a launcher, but it doesn't seem to affect the games without one.
