The Game Hangs Indefinitely During a Match

A Cursed NR user played non true form Aguara. Timer for his turn passed by while he was "making choices", 5 MINUTES LATER he was still hanging the card in the air and did not placed it on the board!

5 friggin minutes!
(cause I am stubborn)

Than he "lost connection".

Why the hell when the timer passed his turn was still going???

This continues for 20 minutes now. Me and opponent passed, then it stopped on this moment. I have video.

The likely cause is that the game disconnected on your end, but the client didn't update properly, leaving you in an eternal limbo, maybe because of the add-on used. Regardless, please contact support and let them know about this.
