The game is broken

Hi everyone. I've just lost a game without reason.
I was playing big monsters vs new scoiatael leader, I won the first round and then bled him untile two cards left and passed, he went one card under and won the round.
During the mulligan stream for the last round the match ended and the game gave me the loss! Why??

Well, it can have various reasons, internet issues on your end, server issues...
