The game is making me fight the final battle (Beat on the Brat) again after the 1.3 patch

I've already completed the game, but after the 1.3 patch, "Beat on the Brat" quest came back and now I have to fight Razor again...

Yep, I think it's the same for every one who already have beat Razor
Maybe if you beat him again something is different (or simply a bug).
But you can report it anyway

Same here, but he's super easy to beat this time around. (playing on very hard btw)

Apparently if you won before, it's still counted as a win even if you lose (if all that happened is it was reset.)

So you can just let him knock you out if you want to get rid of the icon.
