The game searching problem

After I got into Pro, I accidentally cancelled Pro Rank Regulations and ended up on the regular leaderboard. Now because of my high rating I can't find the ranked game but only unranked. =(

You should be able to find and accept the regulations via in-game settings. There's an option there.

Yes, I accepted this, but nothing is happened.
I have a video, but it weighs too much. This error occurs after 4-5 minutes of searching
