ALice Madness Returns...It's okay. It can get repetitive at times. It's nothing to buy for a story, not knocking it. All depends on your liking of puzzle and platform.
I believe Origin was launched after the release of the game and I haven't played since. But I'll give it a spin real quick to see. Pretty sure Origin has exclusive crap too.
If the price is right I'd give it a whirl.
I think it
The puzzles aren't that bad.ALice Madness Returns...
The price got right today, so I picked it up
(I'm OK with platform, but tend not to be too keen on puzzle.)
Yeah you might be rightDidn't play it myself, but from what I heard, there are two prerequisites for liking it: you shouldn't mind the randomness of a D20 based game - the same battle can be a piece of cake, you can get torn to shreds or anything in between depending on your luck with the dice. And you should know your way around The Dark Eye or at least another PnP system because the character system is rather complex and only superficially explained in the game.
Judging by what I know about you (or think I know), you should be good to go.![]()
It did get a bit of attention here in Germany. But that's because The Dark Eye is German and in general we seem to be the country of PC gaming and of slower paced RPG/strategy/tactical games.I've heard only good things generally, Blackguards is definitely on my long, long list. Seems to be totally ignored by gaming press but that's hardly unusual for a good game nowadays.
I like potatoesMostly simulators
