The Heat of the Day quest problem... or not.

Hi, i don't know if it's a problem, or i should read a spoiler(actually i did, but couldn't find anything)So, one of the ghost from this quest is on top of the Old Mill, so i can't reach it and it reappears there every new day.If it's not a bug - how could i reach it , and if it is - how could i resolve that? Is there any way to add last mirror to Geralt's inventory?

There's a set of stairs at the mill. When you ascend the stairs you should see some barrels with planks on top, over near a wall. You should be able to run up the planks and then onto the roof of the mill. This is where you'll find the ghost.
