If you get into Delamain cab without any weapon equipped at the end of the quest, later on you will not be able to shoot the drones chasing the car. V leans out of the window to shoot them but there will be no weapon to shoot them with which results in quest failure because the car explodes. Instead he should take a weapon previously stashed in the car.
PS. The quest required me to leave my weapons in the car in order to enter the hotel. And I completed the quest using only quickhacks and stealth. That's why I didn't have any weapons equipped.
