"The Heist" mission. Laptop at the roof is not accessible.

During the Story mission "The Heist" you can go up to the roof. There you'll be able to open the AV and, inside, find katana and laptop. I can pick up katana wih almost no problem, but it's impossible to access the laptop. I can scan it, but can't interact with it or pick it up. Although the game clearly marks it as interactable. Is this a bug and I should wait for it to be fixed or I'm overthinking it and I shouldn't be able to interact with it by design?

They probably won't fix it anytime soon. Game has so many bugs in different areas that this specific one is just too "unimportant". Plus, it is possible to get these two items (laptop and katana) after the mission. If you get on this roof using cheats you will find laptop and katana just hanging in the air.
