There's nothing wrong with the game itself being ported to consoles. There's lots of money there. The problem is that the developers seem to listen to and care about professional reviewers. These professional reviewers, especially the console ones, honestly have no clue what they're doing. If they keep listening to them, then the development will probably end up reducing their future games to something more simple, generic and dumbded down. Lots of companies that go to consoles end up doing this with their games because the console market is very different. It is also a great source of revenue, so developers tend to just cater to those gamers because it ends up being easier. I've just seen that many companies that get attracted to money on consoles end up making worse games than when they developed for PC. When everything is multiplatform, they end up catering to the lowest common denominator to maximize profit. Let's just hope that doesn't happen. But the video tended to say that certain things could only be done on consoles. In reality, almost anything done on consoles can be done on PC's. Lots of people have controllers on PC's and the new combat features could be implemented on computers quite easily.
