Oh lord sauron! You're opening a pandora's box! We're going toward metaphysics....well I don't want to bother with a school lesson about so........Substances are a state of being and can be categorized. So? What it has to do with "not kicking a ass", "no addictions for attack" "bothering the aother 2" and "golden oriole"? Totally blind..... :-\

One which is a part of three of themYou don't need an addition for attack - referring to Nigredo raising damage of attacksNeither one to get some red back... - referring to Rubedo to regain red bar of healthI bet y'all are feeling like

Enemy of a Witcher, or ally?Stronger than many men.Cursed or gifted? The power corrupts absolutely.Ovid wrote of it, Goltzius drew of it.My bark is not as bad as my bite.Cmon. This is easy. But because I'm not on regularly, I will leave this one floating and ask someone else to do their own riddle.Feel free to answer this one or not.

Okay, I don't like do this but:The concept of albedo, nigredo and rubedo comes from the Grand Opera, a 19th century alchemy book. The Aristotle's concept of substances you refered, Mr Sweney, concerned philosophy and metaphysics. Nothing to do with Alchemy, which was born in the Middle Ages.If you focus your hints by saying: "think of Aristotle" can be misinterpreted (or at least by me, who knows about the matter).New rule:please folk, spread "inherent" hints!Okay, the Jester flees again...........
