The King of the Wild Hunt appearances

Hellow witchers.

I'm replaying the first game and playing 2 for the first time in preparation for Witcher 3.

I took a look at the wiki page for the game, and I found something that makes no sense to me.

http://witcher.wikia.com/wiki/King_of_the_Wild_Hunt

"We first get a glimpse of the King and his minions near Kaer Morhen in the Prologue."

I know I explored that place thoroughly, and I didn't see any wild king. Is the wiki wrong or does he appear for a split sec during thunder or something? Or was he the one that Geralt ran from in the intro? Because I'm preeeeetty sure you don't see him in the intro.

No spoilers from the other games or the books ples. This is just about that sentence. Also, you probably shouldn't read the page if you don't want spoilers. :p

I think that the only place where the King of the Wild Hunt could appear in the Prologue is during the initial scene where Geralt is running from an unknown danger.

I see that this question has been made previously:

http://forums.cdprojektred.com/archive/index.php/t-22239.html

The consensus seems to be that Geralt was running from the Wild Hunt.

PS. The Wild King does briefly appears in one of the quests of Chapter I. Maybe the wiki is wrongly referencing that quest.

I don't think he appears in the Prologue, despite what the wiki says. He's mentioned, that's all.

That's a recap video that was made just before TW3, it's not from the game.

He doesn't appear, I think they meant by glimpse some vision of how Geralt was running away from the Wild Hunt. But they aren't actually shown there. This should probably be rephrased on the wiki.

@MasterCrumble: Feel free to correct the wiki. Just note that community edited one is now located on Gamepedia, not on Wikia anymore. See http://witcher.gamepedia.com/King_of_the_Wild_Hunt
