The Last Wish/Now or Never - time limit?

Is there a time limit to when these quests need completing?

Will you lose them after a certain point?

Not an actual timer limit (like in game days or anything). For the Last Wish you need to complete it before.

Never tested it myself, but given it's relation another set of quests, I'm guessing before you sail for a certain island with a ball of light as your guide.

It should end with ugly baby too, but that's a discussion for another topic.
