She really must have gained few kilograms, that's why Geralt didn't recognise her, though he had seen her in owl's appearance in BoE. Bastard, so inattentive to women
I'm not a fan of either Radovid or Emhyr, but at least Radovid is entertaining.I mean he's a crazy pyromaniac with a paranoia, while Emhyr is just a non-entity in the game.
Plus Radovid has a cool death scene
Meh, to even begin the war with the North, he needed to assassinate most of its rulers. Even then he's losing the war without intervention of Geralt. Unluckily for Emhyr and his "paper tiger" Empire, Radovid is a pyroman
The whole "mindset of the witcher" is mostly a result of the games shit pushing daddy's little girl angle of her character too far and completely neglecting Yennefer's influence on her.
By the way I added some minor information about Philippa,Margarita and Sheala to the OP.I'm currently trying really hard to expand the entries of other sorceresses as well, but nothing comes to mind
Which ones? I have nice illustrations (again by Jana Komárková) of Tiziana Frevi and Mozaïk. I will include few words about them as well. And as a bonus alternative look for Lytta Neyd. Use whatever you want.
She was a dwimveandra (after completing her studies at Aretuza young sorceress can become an assistant of an experienced mage or become a dwimveandra and wander from one mage to another just as some artisans do). In 1245 Yennefer recommended her to continue her studies under the supervision of her acquaintance from Maribor (maybe Triss Merigold). She is blonde and smells of iris and bergamot. Her future fate is unknown.
A young sorceress who was an assistant of Lytta Neyd. Her hair was slicked back. Her original name was Aïk, but she earned a nickname Mozaïk at Aretuza as she suffered from vitligo (portions of the skin losing their pigment) and had white spots on her face which resembled a mosaik. Her future fate is unknown.
Some additional info: smells of freesia and apricot, cruel (her treatment of Mozaïk)
I would add that Lytta is an excellent liar, manipulator and hypocrite, but that holds for almost all mages.

Philippa Eilhart - She (likely) participated in four assassination attempts - Vizimir the Just, Dijkstra, Demawend and finally Radovid in TW3. The true kingslayer of the Witcher universe. According to the book canon she is to be tortured to death by Temerian priest Willemer and later proclaimed Saint.
Margarita - ?granddaughter of the famous Ilona Laux-Antille? I believe there is no citation in Sapkowski's books or TW games proving that she really is her grand-daughter.
Sabrina - She is probably Yen's schoolmate, but both ladies claim to be the younger of the pair. WIth the help of the Lodge she massacred two armies and was later executed by her king, Henselt, whom she cursed. Even though she is not the weakest Lodge member, her gwent card is. What a shame.
Francesca - Her biological father was Aen Saevherne.
Assire - Even though she is a Nilfgaardian sorceress, she is a bloody Nordling like her sister Eviva. Proof follows in spoiler tags.
‘Yes,’ Assire confirmed. ‘Ceallach visited me, in despair, asking me for help for intercession, with his son, whom Emperor Emhyr has ordered captured, tortured and executed. To whom is a desperate father to turn to, if not a relative? Mawr, Ceallach’s wife, the mother of Cahir, is my niece, my sister’s youngest daughter.
‘Remember, my son,’ Mawr sobbed, clutching her child to her breast so hard he could not breathe. ‘Remember this day. Never forget who put your dear brother Aillil to death. It was those damn Nordlings. Your enemies, my son. Be sure to hate them. Never stop hating that damn nation of murderers!’
‘I will always hate, mother,’ Cahir promised, somewhat surprised. First, his brother, Aillil had fallen fighting with honour. It had been a death worthy and enviable of a warrior. Why, then, spill tears for him? Second, it was no secret that Grandmother Eviva, Mawr’s mother, came from the Nordlings. His father in anger more than once had called his grandmother “she-wolf of the North”. Naturally, behind her back.
Fringilla - Her uncle was Artorius Vigo, the specialist illusionist.
Yennefer - some slight changes (she might be the youngest, but she is definitely the newest member of the Council as claimed by Vilgefortz in BoE) and the second sentence moved after the third to fit the chronological order.
Yennefer is one of the most powerful sorceresses in the North,Geralt's lover, Ciri's mother and the member of the Council with the least seniority. She participated in the Battle of Sodden Hill, where she was blinded by Fringilla Vigo, but her eyesight was later fixed with magic. Unlike other members of the Lodge she was forced to join the organisation, but quickly escaped with the help of Fringilla.
Tissaia - She cared about ordinary people and helped Triss to teleport wounded Geralt from the Thanedd Island.
Tissaia de Vries put her trained decorative signature under the last sentence of the letter. After some thinking, she added an ideogram telling her true name. A name, that no one these days knew. A name, she has not used for a long, long time. From the time, she became a sorceress.
Lark.
She put down the pen. Very carefully, straight, exactly across the written sheet of parchment. For a long time she sat motionless, looking at the red ball of the setting sun. Then she stood up. She went to the window. For some time, she looked at the house roofs. Houses, in which ordinary people were going to sleep, tired from their ordinary human lives and work, full of ordinary human fears of what awaits them, what will happen tommorow. The sorceress looked at the message on the table. A message for ordinary people. The fact, that most ordinary people could not read, was not important.
She stood in front of the mirror. She adjusted her hair. Adjusted her clothes. Blew a non-existent speck from her puffed sleeve. Adjusted her necklace of spinel over her neckline.
The candles under the mirror were not in their places. A maid must have touched them while cleaning the room. The maid – an ordinary woman. An ordinary person with eyes full of fear, of what would happen. An ordinary person, lost in the times of contempt. An ordinary person looking for hope and assurance in her, in a sorceress...
An ordinary person, whose trust she did not fulfill.
Finally new entry, unfortunately without any image - Biruta Anna Marquette Icarti.
Biruta Icarti is a blonde sorceress who once worked under Ortolan at Rissberg castle. She is loyal to her colleagues from Rissberg and does not care about ordinary people whose death is insignificant for her. After Ortolan's death she returned to Aretuza and when Radovid's witch hunters overran Aretuza she informed Margarita about it.
