The miraculous guide to gwent is confusing

See attached screenshot. What does this mean?

Does it mean I have one card somewhere in Velen, yet to win or purchase?

When I play against merchants, armorers and blacksmiths I don't get any more cards. Not even when playing when the dialog option is yellow (not before triggered). I just see the coins I won and then nothing more. Before there was always some kind of item even if the gwent player didn't offer me a card. And this is on PS4 with HOS/B&W, version 1.22.
I don't have *any* failed quests.

To me it looks like you haven't bought/found one card. Although I'm not absolutely sure what it says

Yes it means there is a card missing from the Full Collection which is located in Velen. I believe this applies to Winable Cards, not Purchaser but could be wrong.
Try looking for people in Distress. Some of those play you when you meet them back at their village.

Looked through the 1.22 patch notes and saw that a card which was hard to get from the innkeeper at the "Inn att the Crossroads" was now possible to get. Went there to see, and yes, he had a card in his shop which wasn't there prior to 1.22. However, it seems it wasn't that last 1 card I needed after all.

The miraculous guide still says the same thing as in my original post in this thread.

However, the blacksmith which I saved never showed up in Mulbrydale. I wonder if this is the card I can't seem to find. This notice is still hanging there:

YES!!! FINALLY!!!

I compared all cards I had with www.gwent-cards.com and I found that there were three cards missing which you can purchase from a merchant in Midcopse. I went there and -bam- got all cards along with the achievement!

So, that cryptic message from the "miraculous" guide book... yeah well. Not sure what to make of it.
