And the wait goes on ... and on ... The best thing is that when you buy the Enhanced Edition in 2009 or whenever they finish it - none of those guys will remember us fools sitting around waiting for patches to reduce the save times and loading times - or this toolset - and probably won't realise just how many mod teams moved away because of bullsh*t release dates. Few more days apparently ... if you believe that, and sorry but past history shows you shouldn't.

listen Welp. They cannot give an exact release date, just a predicted one. The tool is technicly finished*.This time its not CDPR's fault, Its all legal issues. It lies in the hands of someone else, probably a lawer or solicitor or the retards at Atari. CDPR are playing the waiting game, just like us. I'm sure CDPR are just as frustrated and pissed off with it all.Atleast when it does get approved, they will also release patch 1.3 with it, so we can be thankfull for that I guess.*I say "technicly finished" because they may have to add/remove some things when the legal team finish removing there thumbs from there asses.

When they "Practicaly finished" the tool set, most of the modders and modding teams won't be there for modding !!! (Becaue of this frustrated waiting)

3dBuzz has some great materials for beginners to the modding scene. Mostly for FPS platforms though. I have never scene anything for NWN/Oblivion/Diablo/etc... However, as PaulV said, UT modding would be a good place to start to learn. I played around dev'ing on UT2k4, NWN, and a few others. The basics are just that, and they apply all over.
