The notification system is too lame

I think it was introduced with patch 9.5. Since then the the progress for (daily) quests respectively overall progress takes far too long, about a half minute or longer. For example:

Today, in the morning, I received the message for finishing a daily quest from yesterday. Then I had to wait a half minute to get a new daily quest (play 20 artefacts). I did so in the following two games. The reward points were increased but no update for the quest. So, I waited over two minutes, restarted the game: no progress. In the afternoon, when I restarted the game, I got the message for finishing the 20 artefacts quest...

It looks like these messages are in some kind of idle queue. Similarly here:

Reward Book Issue

The Nilfgaardian reward tree is stuck at this point and does not progress beyond it, although I've played a lot of ranking matches and restarted the game several times. The other four factions trees work fine.

Yes, there werent problems with the notifications in the past, i think it was 2 patches ago that they started popping off for whatever reason, which is both annoying and seems to mess up with tracking of progress and when you actually get the respective rewards.

For me, i just wish they'd be gone, i'll check the progress if im interested.
