There is also this old artwork by Nauzykaja, its simple yeah but for me it really captures something about Yen nicely

As for somebody that can play Yennefer in a film or something, I really like the russian actress Elena Podkaminskaya, here is a pic

If she's going to wear the hoodie for the event, I can see her choosing to keep her hair fairly straight on top, it'll work better that way.
