I never would venture to compete against such artists, I know my limits, but I've tryed to reach a modest Yen, placing her in a background from the TW3 footage.

As I've said before, my PC don't give more power to render more than 30.000 hairs x 35 segments by curl.
The neck is not short, it's blended forward.
It's a 3D character generated, not a paint. I regret any deficiencies
I don't see anything wrong proportion wise with the neck, especially since her head is slightly leaned forward. Hell, there are plenty of people in real life with longer necks than that.
Something about her makes me think a little bit of Miranda in Mass Effect. She looks great, though I am trying to figure out where exactly her right hand is. i feel like it should be more forward on her hip, but it looks like it is almost behind her back.
