Yeah, that looked awesome. A bit difficult to make out some of the details (I'll watch the raw footage tomorrow) but good job overall!

I wonder the same, i feel like she doesnt remember who she is or at least not entirely. Also both Geralt and Vesimir seem worried about her, like they know she is in danger.
According to the Eurogamer article, Geralt was supposed to meet up with her in a village, but it got destroyed. I guess that's the result of the battle we're seeing. So she was just at the wrong place at the wrong time.
And yes, Yen looks awesome.

Entirely agreed! This is definitely much closer if not spot on to the Yennefer I imagined.
I dislike the fur on her shoulders, combined with the heels makes her body proportions slightly weird in this shot. It's better in the promo art, the same but withour the fur. I generally love the outfit
I like this "new" Yennefer very much, CDPR. She's IMHO almost perfect. Please let the ingame Yen look as good and fitting as the artwork Yen here...

I think that's the ingame model. Or at the very least closer to the ingame model than the one in the trailer. Like I said previously, I think all characters will look a million times better once you see them in game having actual expressions on their face.
This is the first thing b CDPR that ever disappointed me. It basically shows almost nothing (Yeah Geralt is looking for Yennefer, but we already know THAT!), the only mysterious thing about is that Yennefer is in Temeria for some reason.
First time I found the visuals lacking and that the character felt too different from the books, I mean she almost looks like your generic sexy young mage not a glimpse of her predatorial personality. Yes she lost her memory but Geralt did also yet he's core "being" was still the same, and Leto does mention her behavior which is according to books. Here she just looks like some scarred little mage apprentice that is underestimating herself and if she did lose her memory how did she pull of all those spells?
I don't know I'm just really disappointed we haven't seen Yennefer in a dialogue where she can shine and in a action scene.

Probably coming back from Nilfgaard. Well, I'm taking teleportation out of the question, I guess.
For me, she looks pretty much spot on.
She looks calm and collected, confident in her ability to "survive". There's not even a hint of her being scared. Not even when she falls to the ground. She looks determined to do something. Like the book Yennefer was. She will follow her goal to the end and there's nothing that can stop her. That's the feeling I got from the trailer.
Also, I felt like her amnesia is not there. She looked like she knew what she was doing to the full extend. (We do not really know if she had amnesia in the first place. It's just Letho's words. To be trusted? I don't know. It's been hinted many times in the game that Letho is a master of deception.)
Anyway, I think CDPR landed right on the target with this version. Yennefer is perfect, there's no need to change what you've done. Here's hoping she has the same aura in the game as well.
