''The Pickup'' Quest bugged.

Hey... please help! I've been stuck on this quest "THE PICKUP" for DAYS .. version 1.06

Jackie is stuck in All Foods no matter how many 13408 times i've tried to get him to leave first or get out of the building from the pickup quest.

I tried this method with double jump to get in:

But he is stuck in a LOCKED room with MEredith (the last room you fight the boss in before leaving All Foods)

Please help or fix this asap.. this is ridiculous no matter how many times i've reloaded the game and tried Jackie won't exit the building.. it's stupid he gets stuck in a crouching loop.

I have wanted to liek this game so much and this is just ridiculous i already had to return the game on Playstation.. now i want to return it on PC... such a stupid bug.

I recently picked it up on PC as I wanted to play it with mods (feels better and more enjoyable IMO), and for me with The Pickup, when I open the door to enter the big room with the elevator at the end Jackie doesn't move at all, he just stands outside the door. It's happened on 2 saves so I know that it's a bug and that CDPR need to patch it. Nothing else seemed to work.

I now have a bug where Jackie won't follow me into the main room where you take the lift and meet DumDum, I've done a few play through s and this is the first major bug I've had with this. Something weird happens when I open the little door, it doesn't animate open, it is just suddenly open

Same as OP, no quest marker, no dotted line, and no Jackie. Is there any fix/workaorund ?

Just started a fresh game on friday in anticipation of the 1.2, and this being the 7th time, i REALY dont care for starting all over.

I am finding this incredibly disappointing, first post was on 12/10/20, and I see a post from today, and yesterday pointing out there are no fixes for this? Way to go! Stellar game support. 10/10 would not recommend.

Its a fucking travesty...prologue is broken, its boring as hell and i realy dont want to do it all over again. Why is this not included in the patch ? I litteraly cant progress from the prologue, and you thought that was something not worth looking into....Broken fucking game, should never have been released this early. This is a Beta at BEST.

My only problem with this quest, before and now after 1.2, is that I don't get the money from the hacked militech datashard... It's a minor one I know, comparatively speaking, but still annoying, still a bug.

Last night I postponed cracking it until after the phone call from Dex, still nothing... I didn't hand the card over to Royce, only to take it back from his dead body (maybe that was my mistake, but if so, whether you get the money or not shouldn't be dependent on such convoluted non-sense). All that should matter is, do you have the card or not, and did you crack it... *sigh

Heh... I started playing after 1.2 patch and There is still the same problem. Instead of Jackie I only see his bike. I tried to do this workaround with faze through a ceiling but the doors don't want to open. Probably because the factory does not start.

Unfortunatelly, I have to confirm: bug with vanishing Jackie Wells is stil present in game after hotfix 1.21. I called Jackie after the quest with Militech corp woman, noticed some strange behaviour, as he called me back immediatelly which made no sense. Then, after some game time, I noticed the mark on the map showing Jackie location is missing. I 've found the spot anyway, but he's not there (I can see his bike, though). Calling jackie again usually trigger the infinite loop of him calling back. Waited 24h in game, tried to make "repair installation" in GOG etc - without any result. I got stacked, because just before I noticed the bug I made some cleanup and deleted all the "unnecessary" saves, so I can't revert to a save made before my call to Jackie... Does anybody have a workaround for this bug?

Honestly, if you haven't doing too much GIG/Assaults and others activity before, and you want to play. For me, it's better to restart a new save (well better than to wait patiently at least). No chance of having this bug on a new save.

Unfortunatetely i have done every GIG and sidemissions there is to be done, aswell as having 200k eddies. Not realy interested in doing it ONE more time. Fix your shit CDPR, not being able to play the game after almost 5months is realy not impressive.

Reinstalled the game but nothing. It's the save file that is corrupted..

And no response to my support ticket after 6 months.
