just seemed litle light from what i saw they planning then again it been awhile since i saw anything on it
So Triss-Ciri improvents won't happen or you are talking only about romances?
There are probably millions of fans of the game who have no issues with the patch (although the majority of them most likely does not care either way), they just do not post on the forums. In any case, if no more changes are planned, then there is not much that can be done about that.

I would guess so, after all, the chance was there with all the voice actors for Geralt, Ciri, Triss, and Yennefer contracted for more recording, and it was #5 on the list of "reasonable ideas" in this post, which the patch seems to implement, at least partly. Apparently, NPC to NPC dialogue is a low priority in general.
