The Third Way - Witcher 2 as a Neutral Character

I did not kill Siegfried in the first game and this knight attacks me and say these things, and don't understand why. It should be a bug, as Siegfried is dead by default, in Witcher 2.

Nope it's not dead at all.
As I said, it is related to W1. If you play it one day, you'll know the reason

But yes, basically it's a bug, coz that knight is not supposed to know you if you didn't import a save from W1.

You never met him in both an imported savegame and a plain new one? Is it possible that you didn't meet him, becoz you sided with the Order in W1?

I've played the first one already, and I imported a save game from my neutral playthrough, where I didn't kill him. So, if I was neutral and didn't kill him, in Witcher 2 Roche's path I will never see Siegfried, there'll be no journal entry for him and that knight will attack me anyway. Am I right?

the Knight of the Order is bugged, he should only fight u if u decided to kill Silgfried in the 1rst game, but as its bugged dosent matter if u killed him or not, he still atacks u...

I did the same (neutral path in TW1, did not kill Siegfried). I don't remember meeting this knight in TW2. However it's been several months since I played the game before. I've started a new play-through with the same imported save so I guess I'll find out soon if he's there or not

Yea I misunderstood (twas 6am).
I did side with the Order. I had no clue that this even existed!
